Role overview:
•Work with automated processing lines.
•Keep line running by responding to alarms that stop the line.
•Watch entire lines for jams, clear and restart equipment
•Manage regrind system, checking for blockages
•Manage feed system blenders ensuring blending rates are as per the specifications
•Read and understand product specifications
•Conduct QC testing procedures on bottles manufactured
•Operate bagging equipment, semi auto and auto, replace rolls, manage pallets and layer pads.
•Packing finished goods onto pallets as per the correct packing specification, ensuring correct packaging is used
•Apply correct product ID tickets to finished pallets
•Ensure work is conducted safely and take safety seriously.
•Conduct quality checks of the finished product on the line on a regular occurrence, understanding bottle/cap defects and reporting them to your leading Hand.
