About the roleSituated in Melbourne's CBD, just steps away from public transport, dining, and top-tier retail, you'll be working in a modern office building five days a week.
You will be on a rotating roster, working within the hours of 8am and 8pm
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries via phone relating to customer collections
- Accurately update and process customer information into systems
- Take ownership of customer commitments and deliver timely resolutions
- Work collaboratively with other team members to resolve complex cases
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving
What We're Looking For:- Strong customer service skills
- Previous experience in Telco and Debt Collection roles is advantageous
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a customer-first approach
