As a Collections Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role assisting clients in managing their accounts while maintaining positive relationships. Leveraging your sales or customer service experience, you'll excel in negotiating payment arrangements, resolving disputes, and providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their financial situations and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and effectively manage collections to achieve positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our systems.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
